Tubes
  •  Tubes are formed in a warmed pressure roller under high tension and temperature. A prepreg of the material is rolled onto the cast cylinders for a required period of time. After that, the cylindrical cast, usually a steel mandrel, is then pulled out and the rest material is finished as per required size.
  •  Rolled Tubes have high mechanical strength, low water assimilation and are impervious to the compound assault of gentle acids and salts.
  •  Tubes are available as per prevalant industry standards and are produced used finest of materials.
  •  Available in various sizes and diameter thicknesses.
Rods
  •  Rods are produced by curing the raw material into steel cast/mould of the desired size and thicknesses are maintained by applying pressure and temperature over the moulds.
  •  Certain grades have self-lubricating properties which enables it in various mechanical applications.
  •  Rods are available as per prevalant industry standards and are produced used finest of materials.
  •  Available in various sizes and diameter thicknesses.
Components/Machined Parts
  •  Machined Parts or components of the desired material are produced using various methods such as casting/extrusion/machining/drilling etc.
  •  All machined parts are produced as per specific drawings provided by the customers as per their required dimensions and specifications.
  •  Best industrial practices and norms are followed when it comes to procuring the raw material and producing fine quality components/parts.
Product Range:
  •  Rod: Maximum Size of 1000 mm with 6-250 mm OD Thickness available.
  •  Tube: Max Size 1200 mm with ID thickness of 25-350 mm available.
  •  Components: As per drawings and Specifications.
