PAPER LAMINATES
  •  Paper Laminate sheets are made from layers of Kraft Paper impregnated with specifically formulated phenolic/melamine resins, and bonded together under heat and pressure to produce a thermoset composite.
  •  Offers enhanced mechanical, electrical, electrostatic dissipative, or fire performance.
  •  The properties and cost-effectiveness of these products often make them insulators of choice in low/high-voltage, dry-service electrical equipment.
  •  Sheets, Rods, Tubes, and Components are available in multiple sizes and thicknesses.
  •  Grades: P1, P2, P3, FR2 (X,XX,XXX,XP) (As per IS & NEMA Standards).
COTTON FIBRE LAMINATES
  •  Cotton Fiber Laminate sheets are made from layers of Cotton fabric impregnated with specifically formulated phenolic/melamine resins, and bonded together under heat and pressure to produce a thermoset composite.
  •  Offers superior mechanical and electrical properties.
  •  Sheets, Rods, Tubes, and Components are available in multiple sizes and thicknesses.
  •  Grades: F1, F2, F3, F4, F5 (C, CE, L, LE) (As per IS & NEMA Standards).
GLASS FIBRE LAMINATES
  •  Glass Fiber Laminate sheets are made from layers of Glass fabric impregnated with specifically formulated phenolic/Epoxy/Polyester resins, and bonded together under heat and pressure to produce a thermoset composite.
  •  Offers superior mechanical and excellent electrical properties.
  •  Sheets, Rods, Tubes, and Components are available in multiple sizes and thicknesses.
  •  Grades: G3, G5, G7, G10, G11, FR4 (As per IS & NEMA Standards).
Product Range:
  •  Sheet: Maximum Size of 1220 x 2440mm & Thickness from 0.5-100 mm.
  •  Rod: Maximum Size of 1000 mm with 6-250 mm OD Thickness available.
  •  Tube: Max Size 1200 mm with ID thickness of 25-350 mm available
  •  Components: As per drawings and Specifications.
